Nothing missed
From signing up to your final spin
By the end you will know each step from sign-up to payout, and what to watch at each one.
Sign-up details worth checking
Give the name and date of birth that match your identity document. Spins without a deposit can ask you to confirm your phone number or identity before they land.
Time to claim
Either type the code in the promo box before you deposit, or accept the offer from your bonuses screen. Claiming it after the deposit usually means the spins never show up.
Getting over the minimum
Fund the account with at least the minimum the offer sets, using any method except Skrill or Neteller. Payments through those two wallets void the spins.
Is this the right slot?
Spins only play on the slot named in the offer, so open that game rather than another. If the reels look wrong, check you have the right game loaded.
Reading the payout terms
Your share once the wagering clears
Spinit Casino keeps the steps short, so you know where a spins win stands before you play on.
Play your win through first
When Gonzo's Quest or Book of Shadows pays out, the money lands as bonus funds. Cash appears only after you clear the wagering attached to it.
Check your cashout ceiling
Spins with no deposit on Book of Shadows cap at NZ$100. Anything above the cap comes off the balance before you can request a cashout.
Check your factor before you play
Expect 33x on a welcome spin win and 50x on the no-deposit batch. That means your Book of Shadows win of NZ$4.80 needs NZ$240 played through.
Long window first, short window later
Spinit Casino gives 39 days to clear the welcome spin winnings but 7 days for the no-deposit set. Miss the window and the bonus funds drop away.

Spinit Casino spins counted in money
Each row multiplies the spin count by the spin value, applies the slot return to get an expected win, then multiplies that win by the wagering requirement.
You will know what stays bonus, what cashes out and what to do when spins go missing.
accountHow long do I have to decide about the spins?+
You can decline them, and doing so costs you nothing. Until the wagering is complete, winnings from spins sit as bonus money, so declining means you keep your own balance untouched and skip the turnover.
accountDo I need a licence myself to claim spins?+
No licence of your own is needed to play. Spinit Casino LLC runs the site under licence ALSI-659719, issued by the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority, company number 300438.
accountCan I withdraw what the spins win straight away?+
Yes, once the wagering on the bonus money is met. Winnings stay bonus until then, and a withdrawal request needs verified identity, address and payment method, which is why the checks are worth starting early.
accountWhat if I only want spins with no wagering?+
One offer carries a wager of zero: the Sunday spins on Retro Reels Diamond Glitz need a deposit of NZ$25 and carry no turnover. Every other spins offer here has wagering attached, so read each set before opting in.
accountWhat if I only ever play on my phone?+
Spins run in the browser on a phone the same way they do on a desktop, with the same slot and the same value per spin. There is nothing extra to install, and the account balance shows the result of each spin.
accountWhat if I want spins more than once a week?+
Repeated claims are limited by each offer's own rules, and some come round weekly rather than daily. The wheel can be spun once a day for up to twenty spins, while the Saturday and Sunday sets follow their own schedule.
Get the spins back
Why did my free spins disappear?
This block sorts out a spins batch that never showed or went missing from your account.
Type the code in the bonus tab
Several offers need a code typed into the bonus section before anything lands. Enter VEGASROCKETONE or SPINODEP50 there, then reopen the slot.
Right after you enter the code
A code entered while the game sat open will not push spins into it. Close the reels, load the slot again, and the count normally appears.
Check where your account sits
Offers are built for set markets, and New Zealand play is what SPINODEP50 covers. If your account is registered elsewhere, ask support which batch applies.
One slot only
Spins are locked to the slot named in the offer, so Gonzo's Quest spins will not show on Book of Shadows. Switch to the listed game and the counter should be there.
Spins end, limits stay
Free spins never oblige you to keep playing or to deposit again, and closing the slot mid-set is fine. Set deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders or a reality check in your account, or self-exclude. The Problem Gambling Foundation of New Zealand and the Gambling Helpline New Zealand are there for a talk.
Deposit limits. Caps what you can put in over a day, week or month, and the cap holds until you change it.
Self-exclusion. Clears your head for a chosen stretch of time, with no play allowed until it runs out.
Loss limits. Stops a session when the losses reach the figure or the clock hits your mark, whichever comes first.
18+Which game your spins are locked to, so nothing surprises you after the code is entered.
